I would like to encourage any of you who has the time to produce such videos. The second one is good, except, at the end the tool is reversed back over an empty shim bucket after removing a shim. I would never do that until after replacing the shim. The video might give a newbie the impression that the tool is to be removed, which should never happen until both buckets have shims (old or new) in them. The 3rd and 4th are redundent.
