We are in the Toronto area with some of the busiest roads in North America and each year, it seems to me, the impatience and driving habits of others including speeding, lane changing, tailgating and talking on cell phones gets noticeably worse. It looked to me as if it came down the ramp and tried to make a u-turn to the right direction but swung wide enough to get clocked by the truck and then the car with the vid got caught in the mess.
