chrome turn signal lenses

More chrome! Has anyone tried these things? How does light shine through chrome?

No experience with them, but they have to be similar to the "chrome" sunglasses--kind of like a see-through mirror. They do look nice.

It doesn't show through Chrome. It only looks like Chrome. It's plastic I believe but has a chrome look about it. I've seen some plastic parts for a Harley, it was a Seat Heat deflector and it was plastic too, but looked like chrome on the bike.

 

It doesn't look like these fit the Venture though? Not sure why, are our lenses a different size than the other V-stars?

They're the same lens. He just doesn't list our bikes.

I had "chrome" covered bulbs on my Nomad with clear lenses from Clear Alternatives and they worked just fine. When the bike was off it looked like the signals were just chrome inside but when you turned on the power they would lite up amber. They were not as bright as original but were not dangerously dim IMO.
