garand77 Posted July 27, 2011 Share #1 Posted July 27, 2011 I am looking at re-jetting my 2008 Tour Deluxe. I'm interested in any info and experience anyone might have with this. What size main jets and needles to get and so-on. I have already put new idle jets in, which was a beautiful thing. Squidley Posted July 29, 2011 Share #3 Posted July 29, 2011 I had some info on what jets needed to be replaced written down somewhere. You only have to buy 2 as you swap a couple of the jets from their original spots to other carbs, there's 3 different size jets in the setup. I'll see if I can find it, I had a former member do my carbs on a '99 I had and I was very happy with the results after it was done, unfortunately I only got to put on about 1500 miles on the bike before it was totalled Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
