jryan Posted July 17, 2020 Share #1 Posted July 17, 2020 Put in new plugs today & verified gaps. Did a 10 mile test ride & bike ran great! I then pulled those plugs to check condition & they seemed good with white tips. I did notice the threads on the left side plugs were oily...while the right side threads were clean. luvmy40 Posted July 17, 2020 Share #2 Posted July 17, 2020 I haven't pulled the plugs on my '06 yet but, I seem to recall several discussions here about the Gen 2s having some oil residue that winds up being on the left side.
