Did your SVTC come with a toolkit?

Recommended Posts

For those of you that have a SVTC, did it come with a toolkit? I know those kits are not all that great but I just realized that there wasn’t one on my bike when I took delivery of it.

Just curious!

You should have had one at the bottom of the right saddle bag. In fact, they tell you to use the screwdriver from the toolkit to adjust your rear suspension height. I suggest you contact your dealer immediately, and notify!

It is right on the bottom of the right saddle bag not what I would call much of a tool kit

Yeah Doug, typical small kit but I’ve already used the Allen wrenches for seat removal. It came in the right bag with the helmet cables.

Then I think you have it, or what THEY call a tool kit, Doug. When the guy on the vid pulled out the screw driver blade for adjusting the rear shocks...even in the vid, it didn't look too fat in the pouch. You just might have the whole shebang, for whatever's in there.

About a week after I picked up the bike I noticed that I didn't have the helmet stay cables, which they got for me within a couple of days. I didn't think about a toolkit until a couple of days ago... lol
