  5. Now ... I thought long and hard about whether to post this or nor, given what happened to Tom Patterson last week - if I offend anyone, especially, the Patterson family, please let it be known that the intent was totally the opposite - it was to remind us all of how vulnerable we are when we are on our iron horses. The link attached should be a sobering reminder that when we are on two wheels we need to be fully aware of everything and everyone around us. If we aren't, chances are that nobody else will be looking out for us. http://www.livevideo.com/video/landing/E737D6A3377A4C66A864957B8E39BE3E/requiem-for-a-biker.aspx The video is fairly long (12+ minutes) and does have some graphic scenes.
  6. Well I finally got up the courage to watch the video of Leslie's funeral. I think that's the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life. I know it seems like a weird thing to do, to video a funeral, but since I wasn't able to attend in person I needed to be able to see it for myself. The next day I went to the cemetery to visit the grave site. I think watching the video made going to the cemetery a little easier but not much. Today I went and looked at my bike for the first time since the accident. I don't know how I managed to survive this. The front wheel is pushed back into the radiator. The gas tank is almost flat on top. The G2 bars are bent. The windshield is gone. The headlight, passing lights and turn signals are gone. The fairing is toast. What a mess.

    Very interesting ...

Here's a neat 3 wheeler ... http://www.carver-worldwide.com/Movies/LoadMovie.asp?S_ID=64&nc=1 Give the video some time to load. Cheers,
  8. Check out this ladies Christmas gift.............click for the video story image
  9. We have had a couple of different video games over the last few years, but this Christmas the 16 year old grandson got an X-Box 360. I have never gotten into these things much, but I am amazed at the graphics on this thing. The amount of detail is phenominal. We have been racing the different cars on the different tracks and it is almost like being in the drivers seat. One of the cars is a late 60's Shelby Mustang and the sound is just like the Mustang in the movie Bullet. I could not have imagined how life like this could be, especially when I remember the first interactive video game we played at home was "pong" or something like that. RandyA
  10. A while back someone posted a video or a link to a video of a lady dancing with her dog. It was one of the best I've seen. The dog danced on it's hind legs a lot (Conga line style) as well as all the spins and stuff. I've been looking for the post and can't find it. Does anyone remember it or who posted it? I want to send it to a friend that sent me [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HqbVbPvlDoM]this link[/ame] and the other one smokes this! I know someone with a better memory than mine has to remember it. Thanks (For some reason I'm thinking that Eck posted it, but he's sleeping right now )
  11. These are some great shots! Check out the video after the last picture. http://home.comcast.net/~bzee1a/ Leonard
  12. Sitting at home, still sick with the stomach virus and just surfing the net and came across this neat video of a C130 discharging flares in flight............. Wings of fire video
  13. I just did an upgrade to the "videos" folder here. You know that you can post a YouTube link in that folder and the video will actually appear in the folder rather than you being taken to YouTube. That area SHOULD now also support the videos from the following sites. YouTube v1.0.0 Google Video v1.0.0 MySpace Video v1.0.0 MetaCafe Video v1.0.0 Yahoo Video v1.0.1 Koreus Video v1.0.1 Sapo Video v1.0.1 video.google.co.uk v1.0.2 Live Leak v1.0.2 Photobucket v1.0.3 Gametrailers v1.0.3 MyVideo v1.0.4 GameSpot v1.0.4 Veoh v1.0.4 StreetFire v1.0.4 Stage6 v1.0.4 Sevenload v1.0.4 Izlesene v1.0.4 Vidiac v1.0.4 Xtube v1.0.6 VidMax v1.0.6 RedTube v1.0.6 OnSmash v1.0.6 GodTube v1.0.6 BrightCove v1.0.7 YouKu v1.0.7

    LED's

I found a website that seems to sell everything LED. http://www.customdynamics.com/harley_davidson_led_lights_catalog.htm This product is my favorite. Check out the video. It looks like it would add a great deal of illumination to the bike. http://www.customdynamics.com/maximum_led_license_plate_frame.htm
  16. this is a great Video of do you remember back when http://oldfortyfives.com/CarsWeDrove.htm
  17. Honest I did. I was in Cadillac watching the sun come up over the hills and the fog racing across the grass as to try to get away from the sun. The temp was in the low 60's and my daughter and me (jessie) we in a small enclosed camo hut in our lawn chairs waiting for the sight that would make our hearts race and our bodies start to shake....This was the opening day of Michgan Youth Hunt. with the sun cutting across the hills and the tempature starting to rise we were able to see what we had sighted in the gun for but he was to far away. With in a few minutes what we saw 2 fields away was walking right toward our blind. so with camera in my had and a 30/30 in my daughter hand she was able to take her first buck!!!!!!!!!All though this was only a spike he was still in full velvet. So the girls weekend out hunting proved to be a great weekend. We had only left yesterday and we are home tonight and the deer is at the processor .and the video to show to us..... [ame=http://s192.photobucket.com/albums/z157/jackjess4/?action=view&current=Picture021-2.flv]Video of the shot that took the deer and the blind - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting[/ame] So I hope that everybody had a great ride and BBQ and I hope that everybody had a great day like we did... 20. This is a small compilation from the dragon. Not bad but I'm really just testing the video embedding feature that I am trying to add to our forum. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8Xf2Db313Y]YouTube - Tail of the Dragon, 1st edit[/ame]
  21. Please take the time to view.[ame=http://www.venturerider.org/forum/www.pleaselooktwice.com/videos/56large.wmv]www.pleaselooktwice.com/videos/56large.wmv[/ame]
  22. We just picked up this video and watched it this weekend. For those who have it, who spotted the white Tour Deluxe? It was only shown for a few seconds, but it was in there. Do you know what my favorite part was? Come on, guess. The part where the guy says, "Scraping your floorboards should be music to your ears". My wife just roared. I had to pause the video to let her finish laughing. She normally will poke me in the ribs if I do it with her on the back. She doesn't like that realization of how far we're leaning over. But after hearing that line and then watching and hearing how much they do it in their demonstrations, she said she will become more accepting of it. I am the pegscraper! :D
  23. And let them rest in peace, knowing that because of their acts of bravery, we can all live a better life ... The video at the following link is in their memory (although, of course, unfortunately the list of names continues to grow). [ame]http://members.shaw.ca/travner/CFTribute800x600.wmv[/ame] With respects,
