    Guest posted a topic in Lessons Learned

    I took my '05 venture to the shop for the factory supplied front light bar to be repaired and the shop manager told me that the problem was a factory defect as he handed me a bill for $175.00. The bike is paid for so I paid the bill. I believe they saw me coming from a ways off. Do you suppose I have any recourse? appreciate your thoughts:confused24:

    We always look for a good shop to work on our bikes, Picked up my bike yesterday from Sacto, had new fork seals put in, progressive springs and he put on and balanced both new tires for just under $280!     what method do you use to remove and remount your own tires. I've seen 1 article on Harbor Freight tire changer. Is this any good? What do you use to balance them or take them to a shop? Thanks
