I just got a new ipod for my Bday and want to mount it to the bike and keep it in a case that can easily be taken off who has what and what works best out there? Thanks guys and ride safe out there please.

Just checked in to the Best Western Room 128. Nice room for the price! We will be here until Tuesday morning then on to Nashville for a couple of days then back here Thursday evening. Meeting up with B2DAD tomorrow morning at Hannigans. Got a lousy 10mpg towing the trailer but we got here safe and sound!!

Are they ALL NUTS??? Warden sprang it on me couple days ago that we were going to visit Lil'Yammer and Brats. Trip down was crowded with all the idiots on the road I think. You need Tank out there any more. West by God roads just not that crowded. Cities down here not safe for country boy to drive in!!! Little disturbance at the prison he works at this morning. I wondered if I could suit up and sneak in... SAND AND SWAMP!!

Lost my rear brakes on the way to work this AM. Looks like fluid spray on the rear tire--no rear brake pedal. Front brakes still working. Safe to drive carefully to the shop (10 miles)? Thank you ED

Besides it being the middle of winter here in S. Dakota, mother nature decided to let us have it again today. 5 to 8 inches of really fluffy snow today, and winds are going to blow about 35 mph. Looks like i'm not doing anything at all AGAIN. So besides all the blowing snow and the -25 below windchill we'll have tonight everybody will be safe at home and staying there for a day or two. I havent ridden in so long that i'm starting to get a bit bummed. So now that i've vented you may return to your normal programming.......

My son got his ship date. It's off to Afghanistan. Marine Infantry Div. He sure is fired up. Hard for me and mom to feel the same enthusiasm. These guy's are awesome. Please pray for their safe return. Thanks

I never did get a good bike count, but that was the most ventures I've seen @ once .Think it was mentioned as maybe the largest meet and eat turnout to date. Want to thank Eck and Blackjack for taking the time to put this together again this year. Didn't get to meet everyone but did get to see some bikes hope everyone had a safe trip home and Eck hope your trip on to Florida was a safe one. Maybe some of those picture taking folks will share a few photos .

We are going to LA today to spend the night with some friends. Fri we are off to Solvang for the long weekend. Should be a nice break from the heat and lots of new roads. Have a safe and fun weekend every one. Rod

Dano, Have a question for ya............................... You posted on a thread that BigHack started saying that off-set brackets can be made to move the trunk back 2 inches on a 1st Gen ------- can the same thing be done on a 2nd GEn (2007)?????????????? We have moved the bolts to the second set of holes, but I was wondering if it is SAFE to move the trunk back further????????? If I could sit back a little further my stiff right leg would be in a better position on the bike and I wouldn't have to alter the seats so much.

Arrived at home about 6 tonight. No incidents except for Rhonda running out of gas in Harrison. Guess she ran a little hard chasing Dale (not becuase of his bald head ). Rhonda lead most of the way and done real good. Not sure why I always see the police when I am speeding. Had a great time, so thanks to the Volunteers for setting up the ralley, and too everyone else for showing up. Ride safe. Brad

Mel and I arrived back at our homes around 7pm. The ride home was safe and pleasant. We had a wonderful weekend!! Thanks to Freebird, V7Goose, Squidley, Morph, Ponch, and more that I can't think of now. (kinda tired)
