Just ordered my luggage rack from them it was only $113.00 so now I got some extra things to do this winter. I will be putting on my passing lamps, luggage rack,GPS and Sirus radio. Wand to hard wire in., Thing is not real mechanical, is there anyone that would be willing to help me out one weekend? I dont know what everyone is doing the weekend of 11-24 & 25 but it would be a good weekend for me. Should only be a one day job I think or possible another weekend. Anyone need a little extra cash I am willing to pay or supply food and beer. Let me know.

I don't mean to offend anyone who has a flame paint job on their bike but isn't anyone doing anything original? It seems like every othe bike out there has flames on it in one way, shape or form. I was just browsing through websites looking for custom paint ideas and almost all the paint jobs I saw, or at least 95% of them had flames. Why are flames so trendy? They look alright but if you are going to pay big $$$ for a custom bike, don't you want to make sure that it really stands out from the rest? I ride with a guy who paid $40k for a Screamin Eagle "custom" HD. I have seen 5 other guys riding the EXACT SAME BIKE in this area alone. Why pay the money for a "cookie cut" bike? And yes his bike too has flamed pinstriping. I guess I just don't get it.

I'd like to pay tribute to Calvin Jenks. Mr. Jenks was the Tennessee State Trooper who was shot to death last weekend by suspects allegedly running drugs in Tipton County. By all accounts, Calvin Jenks was exactly the kind of person we would want to go to into law enforcement. His colleagues say that he was inspired by his grandfather who was also a state trooper and they say Calvin Jenks loved what he was doing. The Christmas pictures of Mr. Jenks and his new wife, Sarah Beth, are heartbreaking. We can only imagine the wonderful times that were ahead for them. The minister who presided at his funeral said that if any good can come out of this tragedy, it's to remind us to thank the men and women who work hard and pay the price so that we can go about our daily lives. So yes, thank you to all of them and especially to the family of Calvin Jenks.
