I bought the blockers from buddy rich. The velcro on the left one sticks fine but I can't get the right one to stick. I almost lost it riding home from work yesterday. Any suggestions?

I posted the question on the ages of those who ride who are on this site. The youngest was 24 and the oldest was 77, but I lost the record of the guy who was 77. THEN I reposted most of this on Second Gens that have trouble reading the license plates of 1st gens when they wish they could pass them .... ahem .... and NEMO cam on and said he was 77, as did ChaHarley, ... who said he was 16 years young! So ... these two are in the lead as the youngest and oldest for a few more days. THEN I will summarize and post the results. If any of you know of him, or you are the courageous one, ... post here. THEN I'll summarize by 10 youngest and 10 oldest, and groups of 10's inbetween and some of info on wifes/riders on the Queen Seat. Thanks for all your comments and help. I just need this guy's info to complete the list. JackZ -
I was chatting with a trucker this afternoon, and was only able to chat for about 2 minutes, I lost him. would a booster antenna, work, or try something else?

Count to a hundred, my rear, that ain't gonna hack it!!! :soapbox: Apparantly the illegal sumb**** didn't weld my down tube on the rear cylinders right 'cause I still get some hot air coming up:headache: tried just removing the downtube and lost the allan wrench on top off the collector and I couldn't get it out :starz:Had to buy another set of allan wrenches to finish that bit, lost that one on top of the collector too, so had to go buy a magnetic pick up, then, guess what: ...can't get the down tubes out so i'm having to take the whole blasted exhaust loose One of the nuts holding the collector on appears to be stripped too far and it won't come loose ....... :bang head::bang head: and you can't reach it with vise grips!!! I'm gonna kill something.............. maybe i need a drink (is it 12 o'clock yet)......

OK Who has the Ambassador? No one has posted that they have seen him in a day or so and he was heading North out of IL. Did he get lost or is he holed up someplace? SO WHERE DID THE LITTLE BUGGER GO NOW. Please post new Lowel sightings as they appear! Bubber

Went Halibut fishing on San Francisco Bay all day yesterday. Unlike the previous trip where we slayed the Butt's, this time we didn't land one. But all was not lost. One our first drift I landed a 53" 50# White Sea Bass. My first WSB, and the biggest on the Bay this year.

does anyone know off hand what order the vent/vacuum hoses are on a 1300 carb?? i bought a motor without a carb and the vent hoses did not come with it and im lost. thanks for any help! Steve -

Here's the background. 1999 RSV 2nd gen, 115.000 miles. Orginal clutch. I was going up a mountain, lost 5th gear, downshifted to 4th, lost it, lost all gears by the top of the mountain. Was able to get bike in neutral. Seemed to still shift. Replaced the clutch housing, boss, gears. Started in neutral and put in first gear (as far as I know). Released the clutch to see if bike would go forward. Surged like it was in fifth gear and died. Now clutch lever is locked and will not pull in and can't shift gears. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have just purchased an RSV, and need to find a set of passenger grab rails (handles) for it. The originals were removed and then lost. Anyone have a set to sell or know where I can get a set? Thanks, Joe

Just got finished with chatting with Clay18, he will be coming home for a 2 week leave in July. Told him we might be able to get a M&E&R together while he is in.........It was a short chat and I lost him, but he still hanging around, so if your interested just post here and I will keep everyone posted.

When I log in now as of about 5 days ago, I lost the New Posts link button and the forum of active threads just appears when logging in, instead. Thanks for any help -
The stars must have been crossed yesterday. Lost my 05 RSTD key in the sand. Found out my son put the spare key in the locked saddle bag by accident. Had to leave the bike over night in the parking lot. Any suggestion on what can be done. Can the Yamaha dealer cut a new key with vin number. They do not open until 10 PST. Is there a parts number for the blank. Locksmiths at Lake Tahoe want $150 for a mobile but may not have Yamaha keys:fiddle: Thanks Nevada Max

Ok time for a thread on How we are doing. What plan are you trying? Tips? Recipes? Ideas? etc. I will start out by saying I am going low-carb. I know that my body does not do well with alot of carbs. Hypothyroid will make it harder. Hopefully my meds are right or near right. I will be digging out my low carb recipes that I tryed when I lost the extra weight before. At least I kept most of the weight off that I lost 5 years ago(65lb). I only gained less than half back. Just think I work in a store full of junk food. So far so good I think. Only snacks I would allow myself this week at the store was pizza flavored pork rinds, beef sticks, protein bars. Good Luck everyone. Yes Cindy you seem to want the things you can't have. If you can do without for 2 weeks than you have a good start. But there are recipes out there that help when you really crave something. Check on the forums for the type plan you are using. I will be making my low carb pizza. No crust. Sugarfree cheesecakes etc. PM me if anyone needs those type recipes. Yes it can be done. We can lose this weight. I attacted a photo from around 2000 I was that big until 2003 when I decided NO MORE. My health is more important.

Somebody "pre-crash" posted a fix for pins broken off of fairing. I've searched, cant find it, hope its not lost. If memory serves it was a metal grease nipple gizmo........yikes......help..:canada:
