Saw one of these the other day. Seems like a great addition to any bike or car. Could come in handy some night out on the road. Thought it might be a good stocking stuffer - one I would like to have Any other "stocking stuffer" ideas out there for the biker ? Christmas is just around the corner. http://lighterlight.com/

Just short reminder that we are only 12 days away from the 2009 Pork in the Pines Pig Roast. www.porkinthepines.com Also, for the first times. While Gary's postal address is LaPorte, MN you actually need to go a few miles west of there to Konabec Corner. Well, actually if you get to the stop sign at Konebec Corner, you have already passed Gary's place. He should have the big orange banner out again this year to help guide everyone in. And for those really interested, the VenureRanger will be on site. So, see y'all there.

While changing my spark plugs tonight I noticed a lot of oil residue on the left rear carb and boot. The other three were relatively clean. Does this look normal for 23,000 miles? I am assuming that when the bike is on the side stand this is the lowest corner of the airbox and any residue drains to that corner. Am I right? Dennis

Warm Weather around just the corner . So it's time for all the women here at VR to show off their Sexy Leather riding apparel they have been buying over the winter months . It doesn't have to be exactly leather , it can be Lace , Spandex , or even colored Surand wrap . If all the women haven't sent their thongs to Big Tom , perhaps photos in Chaps and a Thong and vest ! .....Please just tell me you send all your things to Big Tom and if ya did , you can help out the economy by purchasing more . If ya got some Boob Tubes with VR patches displayed correctly , it would be our gents pleasure to veiw ! Don't be shy , the HD chic's do it !!!!! Don't let them out-do you . Come on Mini , YamaMoma , Tater , Mecahanic and more . Show off those Tattoos . If you dare , Be a little Bare . Show some skin , get a tan , Make us all , some happy men ! Make this an exciting year ! BEER30

So...I have been working on a H/F trailer and realize that several things would have been easier if I just had a welder. I haven't welded for 35 years since I was on the farm but I suppose that welders have changed since I was a teenager. Just wanted to know what folks would recommend for a household welder. Ya know, Christmas is just around the corner. Iowa Guy

I am looking for a missing screw on my carburetor. It is off a 1984 Venture Royale, in the service manual the screw is called the drain screw it faces to the outside of the bike lower right hand corner. Please if anybody has an old junk carb or extra screws around I am willing to buy. Itching to ride. Thanks Dave
