TRhis afternoon I was honored to have Ed (Run-In-Bare) and Will (Joecanuck from Venturers) show up to pick up parts to fix Ed's scoot, and now Mother and Ohhh Sherry are on their way over! They are staying overnight in Springville and came for tomorrow's ride. We will also be joined by JGorom and company tomorrow. Wonder who else will pop in, Muffinman & Beer???

I just renewed the insurance on my RSV. When I bought it (second-hand) the previous owner said it was a 2003 model. Took him on his word. I've since found out - through this forum - that it's a 2004 model. She's white, apparently that makes it 2004. The insurance company is trying to tell me that it can tell from the VIN that it was manufactured in 2003. This may be so, but does that make it a 2003 or 2004 model. See my avatar. She's definately white. VIN is JYAVP09254A000058 and was sold new in Australia on 04/05/2004. (That's the fourth day of May for you Yanks). So, what year model do you reckon I own? I'd like to straighten out the insurance company.

At what age did you retire? Do you just get a company pension or income from your own investments made through the years? Any advice on those investments?

Denim goes away in mere feet if you go sliding. Jeans just aren't much protection. Competition Accessories and Fast Company make kevlar lined jeans. The Competition Accessories' Sliders jeans are cut somwhat baggy. Not really a traditional jeans cut. http://www.competitionaccessories.com/category.cfm?Category=2021 Fast Company make Draggin Jeans. These have a more traditional jeans cut but seem to run a little small. http://www.dragginjeans.com/Jeans.htm Fast Company also make Draggin' Shirts. These are woven mesh long sleeved kevlar shirts. They have velcro at the wrists to allow a snug fit when adjusted. http://www.dragginjeans.com/Accessories.htm
