  1. Hope it's everything they promised.
  2. Rick was a huge help when I did my forks. I replaced all the bushings in the forks while I was in there. I do remember using some well casing PVC pipe as spacers to set the spring pre-load, I can't remember what length I cut them to. I had a long conversation with Cowpuc about setting the sag/preload, it was a long time ago and I don't recall the specifics.
  3. Ron, i installed sonic straight rate springs along with 15 wt fork oil, and I now run 0 psi air in the forks. I love the ride now.
  4. Yes I am , either the plug or whole radio unit inside the fairing.
  5. Chuck, we're happy to hear the surgery went well and the prognosis is positive, prayers on her continued recovery.
  6. Steve, I was the lucky recipent of the grill that Don raffled off, how does the grill guard attach to the radiator?

  13. That's a very generous offer Don ! I'm still riding my 01' 2nd gen and plan on doing so until it or I turns to dust. I think I have every chrome do dad made for our bikes, the Wagner grille guard would be an awesome addition to my ride. Nobody else need apply! Lol
  14. Interesting setup there! How is the rear plow mounted? Up/down and R/L control?
  15. What's with the Blue light? did you buy that tractor at K-Mart?
  16. Ron, do you still have the radio unit that sits inside the fairing?
  17. I run a 155\80-R15 B.F. Goodrich T\A Radial on my 2nd Gen. 7 years now and 26k miles with no problems. Still more than 50% tread depth left. I'll be changing it this spring due to age.
  18. R.I.P. Jeff, You'll be missed by many of us. Thank you for the guidance you provided myself and many others at countless MD get togethers. Margaret, we'll be holding you and Jeff in our thoughts.
  19. I'll be heading out tomorrow morning for a PGR escort ride at 0730, should be a balmy 30 degrees at KSU ! Good thing I have my heated gear 😉 Escorting the Wreaths across America truck to M.J. Dolly Cooper veterans cemetery in Anderson, SC.
