I agree with tightening the steering head but I also discovered the Clearview windshield has more turbulence in the interstate. Its wider than the stock by a couple inches on each side. I would love to change my steering head but I imagine changing the steering head is a big project.

We were ready for Myrtle Beach this year and someone did not tell us he was there.
I'm in Myrtle Beach every year for bike week and I have another ocean front room for May 2022.

I hope to travel and hit a few more events this year, but if the third weekend in August remains open, I will set up a location again.

I know for Lonna and I, life has sped up a lot. I too miss the M&E's and would love to get it going again. Hopefully we could get some of the newer members to step in the gap and plan one.

Over the past 20+ years I have attended several great Meet and Eats. Met a lot of great friends and ate a lot of great food. The attendance numbers has fallen off over the years after loosing a few riders, but for some who are still diehards, we continue to have a good time. With all the new viruses and crap going around, I hope that there are those who continue to Meet & Eat. Last I knew of, the New York group has got together and Mike's Root Beer Run still does. I haven't made either of them yet but would like to in the future. Not sure of any others. As for our annual third weekend in August each year at Vogel and Asheville, they have been great. With or without an official Meet & Eat gathering, I plan to continue visiting theses locations. Anyone is welcome to join. I guess what I'm saying is that there was a time I would check this website multiple times a day and couldn't live without it. I don't get to as much but sure miss the fun we had. I am retired now, but seems like I don't get to as any events as I use to. I miss that....

ROOM Available!
I am staying at Season's Inn in Blairsville, but it looks like I am riding alone again. First Yammer, then Adrian, and latest Chicago Dan. I am willing to split a room if anyone wants to be added to a list and think they can fill some pretty big shoes from the past.

No it doesn’t. Tapatalk has security issues and they do not recommend it.

I just confirmed reservations at Seasons Inn. They ARE taking reservations now. They said if anyone wanted to reserve a room that they have rooms set aside for our group and you should call now
-
I spoke to the owner Colleen at Seasons Inn today and they only take reservations 30 days in advance. But we can get on a waiting list if you plan to stay there. She said the Fair starts on that Saturday so it could get busier. So if anyone wants to make reservations, you should call and get on the list.

Blairsville is a beautiful area and I look forward to it every year.

Not sure how to check swing arm bearings. Is it hard? There is a good chance my gauge reads low so I may not had quite 44 psi.

Well when I thought I had things figured out, my wobble is back. I tightened up the steering head and things got better, but after a couple hundred miles it seems to be coming back. I checked my air gauge and it seems to be reading low. I will compare it it other gauges and see what happens. Anyone else have this problem?

After 2000 miles I think I got things working good. I had a little weaving issue at first at highway speeds but tightened up the steering head and that went away. I also just replaced the front with a E4. That may have added to the issue.
