Rally Discussion

Kitchener is about 2 hours from the Fort Erie/Buffalo border and about 3-3.5 hours from the Windsor/Detroit border.

July =7th - 10th

We hope that you can all join us for our spring 2008 VentureRider Rally. 

Scenic rides, food, grand prize, food, door prizes, food, maintenance sessions...and...FOOD.

We have reserved the "U" shaped section of campsites near the center of the map numbered in the 400's, and the cabins are to the lower left, green blocks numbered on the 2000 series.

Phone is (519) 744-1002 or (800) 565-4631. There are campsites, trailer/camper sites and cabins which sleep up to four people.

The tent sites can accomodate up to 6 people per site and are $31.00 - $37.50/site depending on whether or not you want electrical hookup, no matter how many people up to six.

The cabins are $65.00 per night up to four people, bring your own bedding.

When you book with them, make sure you tell them that you are there attending the 2008 International VentureRider Rally as we have blocked off a certain section of sites and cabins so we can be together.

 - 4 Day Package ... $90.00 .... includes Registration Fee, 4 Breakfast Tickets (one per day), 1 Wrap-up Supper Ticket and Pre-registration gets you a 2008 VentureRider Rally T-shirt!

 Registration:

Please register with Hal Lackenbauer (HALRSV99) by emailing him at the following email address: venturerally@hotmail.com   You can also use this email to make payment via PayPal for your registrations.

We need your preference of t-shirt colour (black or grey) and size, number of people attending, 2 day or 4 day registration. Please help us in keeping our overhead low by picking up the shirts at the rally instead of us having to send them out to you.

 Shirts and Patches:

2008 VentureRider Rally patches and T-shirts and can also be ordered for those either not attending the rally, or those wishing to get a second t-shirt by contacting Al Johnson ( King of squirrels) at Venture_rally_stuff@yahoo.com.  When ordering shirts, please indicate the colour of t-shirt (black or grey), the size and the number requested.  Long-sleeved T-shirts are also available - add $2.50 per shirt.  For sizes 3X or larger there will be a $2.00 surcharge. The shirts of a good quality product with the Rally logo small on the left front chest, and then large across the back. They are $12.00 each plus the appropriate shipping charges, which will vary according to where the shirt is being shipped to.   Rally patches are also available at the price of $8.00 per patch.  You can also PayPal your payment for shirts and patches to Venture_rally_stuff@yahoo.com

 Trailer raffle:

This year we are again selling raffle tickets for a beautiful Bushtec Roadstar or Turbo+2 motorcycle trailer.  See these gorgeous trailers at www.bushtec.com.  Tickets are $10.0 each or 3/$25.00.  Contact Reinyrooster at: reinyrooster@hotmail.com You can also use this email to make payment via PayPal for your raffle tickets.

We can accept PayPal , US and Canadian Cheques, US or Canadian cash, International Money orders but not US Money orders as they can only be cashed at the Post Office in USA .

Grand prize:

The grand prize will be the winners choice of a brand new Bushtec RoadStar trailer or Bushtec Turbo II trailer, valued at $2495.00.  Tickets are available at the price of $10.00 each or 3 for $25.00.  Trailer will be awarded using a gift certificate that the winner can then use to claim their prize and add any additional accessories to the trailer to meet the needs and wants, with the winner responsible for the additional items. 

NOTE:  Just as last year, if enough tickets are not sold for us to break even on the purchase of the trailer, another prize will be substituted equal to the value of the money collected.
