windshield question...

Anyone here using or know of someone using a Memphis Shades windshield? Im thinking about putting one on my Roadstar. Just looking for some feedback.

I can't answer for anybody here riding a Road Star but I had one back when I owned a Honda Shadow Ace. Mine was actually a Memphis Fats and it was an excellent shield.

Ya Im looking at one of the 21'' Fats for mine.

I have a Menphis shades on the Virago (not the Fats tho) and it has lasted 7 years. A friend has the Fats on his Road Star and it is still good for about the same time. I would buy anouther one. Rod

I had one on my 2000 Vulcan Classic. Did not like mounting hardware. It's finish was spun aluminum. Natural Cycle and Rifle's mounting hardware were chromed, and fit better.

I have the memphis Bigshot on my Roadstar Warrior. Great shield and one of the only ones I've seen that look good on that bike.

Here's a real good web site for Road Star info if you haven't already found it. I sure learned a lot on there. Some pretty smart mechanics there and some good deals on used parts too.

I ran with Memphis Shades on my two RoadStars and They are good sheilds. Well worth the money.

I had a Memphis Fats on a Virago several years ago...and a Clearview on my RSTD within the past year. The Clearview was by far a better built shield when compared to the Memphis shield I owned maybe ten years ago. I mention this only because I am unsure if the company has made any improvements to their products in the past several years.
