Anyone with eperience with Big Bike Parts?

My dad got some stuff for his trike through them, said he ordered it on line, but the website has been "inactive " for a couple of months.They don't have a heck of a lot for the first gen venture, but I saw in the catalog lights to replace the reflector on the trunk. The dealer search on the site only lists 3 for NY and non of them ar very close to me.

I ordered the rear light for the 1st gen we gave E-Fishin-C last year and was pretty happy with it, I had no problems with it or their service
