I've seen those at Hannigan's. There is a 4-wheeled one also.

The 4 wheel versions are generically called Street Quads, but most states in the USA dont recognize them as motorcycles....and since they are legally an automobile in those states, they arent street legal since they havent passed any automobile safety standards. Yeah its a stupid thing. But its real.

This conversion looks do-able and legal.

We have a Spyder. One of the issues with most of them is that unless you do an alignment of the front wheels to the rear wheel rather than the frame, it gets squirrely. I was helping do alignments in Florida a bit over a year ago and some folks who were working on marketing a kit from the Netherlands for making a reverse Goldwing trike came by with some of their prototypes. They also weren't lined up right, but they didn't use typical adjusting tie rods. Not sure if that ever got worked out. They were good looking though.
