Jethroish Posted January 23, 2011 Share #1 Posted January 23, 2011 Figured there was no sense joining yet another forum. All the smart folks are here. Got a 2003 Honda Recon atv. One of the headlight is very dim. Is it most likely just need a new bulb or is that light not getting enough voltage. No, I have not yet swapped bulbs to check, so maybe I should not even be posting this yet.
CaptainJoe Posted January 23, 2011 Share #2 Posted January 23, 2011 check the voltage to your good light recpticule then the bad, they should be same. Put dielectric grease on prongs of light. If same voltage ...it's the light. you could also try swaping the lights...
Gary N. Posted January 23, 2011 Share #3 Posted January 23, 2011 Possible bad ground. Swap the bulbs should eliminate or prove this.
