I'm Part of the Brazoria County Cavalry We honor Military and First responders here in Brazoria County almost every weekend. Anyway, We will be escorting the traveling wall from Pearland area down to Lake Jackson on Wednesday Oct 22.. I would like to invite anyone wanting to participate in this escort per the following:

Brazoria County Cavalry Members & ALL Patriotic Americans

Brazoria County Cavalry has been contacted to organize the ESCORT for the Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall. We are asking all Patriotic Americans to join us in this escort. This Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall and escort is dedicated to those Heroes who served in Vietnam. Please come out and support this effort. The Heroes who served in Vietnam and the Vietnam Era deserved our honor and respect then, and still do today. This will be a Law Enforcement escort. We will escort the wall to Lake Jackson Texas. A list of event times can be seen on our website @ www.brazoriacountycavalry.org

We ask all everyone on motorcycles and in vehicles to be at the Big Star Ford Dealership NO later than 3:00 pm.

Please wear your Brazoria County Cavalry logo proudly.

Directions: Coming from Lake Jackson on Hwy 288 north. You will travel on Hwy 288 north to the CR 59/South Fork Dr. exit Manvel TX. Big Star Ford will be on your right. Turn right at stoplight onto CR 59/South Fork Dr. Continue to next stoplight at CR 94 and turn right. Staging entrance will be on your right.

Directions: Coming from Houston/Pearland on Hwy 288 south. You will travel on Hwy 288 south to the CR 59/South Fork Dr. exit Manvel TX. Make a left at the stoplight onto CR 59/South Fork Dr. Big Star Ford will be on your right after you go under Hwy 288 overpass. You will pass the dealership on your right. Continue to the next stoplight at CR 94 and turn right. Staging entrance will be on your right.

Open to public

(Area High Schools)

October 25, 2014:

Opening Ceremonies

Open 7 A.M.

Ceremonies 9 A.M.

October 26, 2014:

Open 7 A.M.

Closing Ceremonies 5 P.M.

October 27, 2014:

Disassemble Wall for transport to next location;

Remove tents from Park site
