taking a break from riding
i've been taking radiation treatments for prostate cancer for almost 7months,tried to take a ride last weekend but had to return home due to some major swelling, dr. visit monday sound a possible cause, it was confirmed today that cancer as spread to the right testis so i was told to stay off the bike, surgery to be scheduled soon but looks like i'm down for the yr at least. but for the rest of you please visit your dr follow hit orders ,, and ride safe this yr, "i'll be back" steve

I have been there. I firmly believe a positive attitude makes a big difference in survival. If you can't keep biking at least keep smiling, then you will be back biking.

Keep up the positive attitude for it will do more for your cancer than the doctors can. I am a survivor of twenty nine years and the attitude works. I am and will keep praying for your success beating this disease.

Good luck. As stated previously, attitude is everything!! Stay off the bike until the doc says it's OK. By then you'll get another 30 years out of the tank!!
