I am pretty sure I have seen them at Harbor Fright. They sell the cheapest tools around. China made of course.

A lot of the stuff is ok, Some of it is trash.

I have the #1000 with the removable rear panel and it work good enough . If you get extend the front wheel chock all the way forward. Also place additional U-bolts a little more from there present location towards the rear , so tie-down straps clear the lowers . At first when go to raise the scoot , the table will shift a little giving you a little uneasy feeling , but it is stable and secure . I made side floorboards out of 2X's and plywood that lay along the sides. Making these floorboard-platforms makes it much easier when I drive the scoot on and off the lift . I made the the same hight as the lift table and about 16" wide . I move them away after I secure the scoot on the lift with chock and straps . These floorboards make it easy for me to drive my John Deere lawn tractor onto when I need to service it as well . The lift is wide enough to grab at least 1/2 the tires of the JD .

I am now looking for the mini-jack to raise the scoot so I can remove my rear or front tire . Most I have seen go for about 100 bones , but have seen them on e-bay for $59.00 . Just don't know the quality of them . I've tried the scissor jacks that you get from compact cars , but don't work so great .

Well, this is what I ended up with:

It's a Direct Lift Pro Cycle 1000 lb lift. I got a great deal on it, but I wanted the side extensions to make loading/unloading the Venture a little safer.

I called Affordale Automotice Equipment in Orlando, and spoke with company president, Bill Venditto. Bill was easy to deal with and gave me an excellent price on the extension kit. I'd recommend this business to anyone looking for a bike lift or parts. http://www.affordableautomotiveequip.net/
