BigBear Posted August 18, 2008 Share #1 Posted August 18, 2008 Anyone in the Orlando area own one? I've just passed the 600 mile break-in on my 08 RSV, and would like to see how the Carbtune works ()! Local dealers want ~$300 for the inital service...and if carb synching is really as easy as it seems, I see a Carbtune purchase in my future! Been turning a wrench on my Mustang for years, and I see no reason to let someone else work on my bike! Thanks!
M61A1MECH Posted August 19, 2008 Share #2 Posted August 19, 2008 Walt I am in Edgewater, about 25 miles south of Daytona, My carb tune is available. Once this storm blows over maybe we can hook up and I can let you have a look at how it works.

Steve; I'm familiar with Edgewater...I buy most of my lumber from Chipmunks Hardwoods there in Edgewater. I ordered a Carbtune last night! Seems like this is a tool that will be used on a regular basis. Thanks for the offer. Stay safe! Walt
M61A1MECH Posted August 19, 2008 Share #5 Posted August 19, 2008 Hey Walt I have bought from him before, but when he was down off US1 south of Edgewater, always has a good stock of lumber. If you need any help with the carbtune just let me know, I am right in Florida Shores just a few miles from Chimpmonks.
