saddle bag top rails

Has any one installed a top rail to the saddle bags, I have not seen any, but need somthing to protect them as I am always draging my foot across the top of them when I get off of my bike??

Quite a few here have. There is the Yamaha ones, which I really don't care for and then there are some HD ones, that I think look alot better. Look at the bottom of this thread and there should be links to related topics, which probably have some pictures.

Thanks for the info!! I will have a new ISP next week, so will be able to post pics. As of now I am on Dial up and would take 2 life times to up-load any pics.... Are your pipes stock??? I need to do somthing with mine, so I can at least hear if its running or not !!
