Gerry Calhoun (Commander Venture)

I just received a PM from one of our members telling me that Gerry Calhoun passed away yesterday from an apparent heart attack. Though he didn't post much, Gerry was one of our Canadian members from New Brunswick.

Our prayers got out to his family and friends.

Sorry to herar this. If I remember correctly, he was a retired naval officer.

I did manage to find a picture on the Internet. I think it's a good picture but if any of you have one that you like better, just let me know. It is uploaded.

I live across town From Gerry`s place .i could probably get a picture from his wife or give her a call and she might be able to send you a good pic .Let me know if I can help .

We lost another member a few months after Buckaroo. Can't for the life of me remember his name. But if I'm not mistaken he was a member of this site and the Venturers........ I also believe he lived out east. Maybe someone else will remember his name.

Another that I remembered...and may be the one you were thinking of....is Tom Anderson. He was a VERY close friend of Eileen and I. We became friends through the MTA and he was a member here only for a short time before he cancer took him from us. I have added him also.
