Just purchased a set for my 99 RS Blvd on Ebay, GREAT PRICE!
Do I have to re-jet:confused24: ?? Also, anyone have experience with these,if so, tell me what you think of them.

I can't answer for the Royal Star and Cobra doesn't offer them for the Venture but I can say that I've never heard of any mufflers for the Venture that required rejetting. Now it is possible that you could squeeze a bit better performance out of it by doing so but you shouldn't hurt anything by not.
