Anybody out there have a 99 model tour deluxe with 4 into 2 pipes that have put slip on mufflers on their bike?
Mine has the Y pipe welded to the muffler. Is 99 the only year that has this?,:confused24:
it looks like the Y pipe would have to be cut and modified to make a slip on fit.:detective:

I currently have lightly used Bub mufflers which are in excellent condition. I want to put OME mufflers back on the bike; therefore, I would like to sell them. What are they worth? Does anyone have some OME mufflers that they are will to part with?

Yeah it looks like I'm going to have to do some Fabbing to make slip ons work. I also noticed on the newer models the mufflers clamp vertically where mine clamps horizontally. theres also an extra bracket near the front muffler clamp on the newer models. I think I might go with aftermarket road king mufflers since there's billions of these available. Thats the thing about HD's, you can go to just about any swapmeet and find a ton of parts for them.
