Am I the only one that has a rear shock on the oil side go out on my 2001 RSV??

No you are not....you are one of MANY. :) Hope that makes you feel better. Warranty should cover it.

I don't think so, but others will have more knowledge on this.

If they dont cover it take a look at the Works shock. I just had mine replaced under warrenty over the summer but if you do have to pay for it get the Works shock. Fully rebuildable at a fraction of the cost. Check out the tech library. Lots in there including a disection of the shock so you can see whats inside
