Just got a XM Delphi MYFI for Marilyn for sweethearts day. Complete kit including home kit, auto kit, and other stuff.

This is a portable unit that she can use like a walkman as well. I will replace her MP3 player as she drives on her bike at least until I can afford the cb system.

Total cost after rebates...not including tax...149. bucks Canadian! Good deal...they are close to 350 normally here.

My kids got me an XM for Christmas...redneck has one in ALL his vehicles...I love it. I listen to BIG TRACKS. Classic rock. You did good. I think she will like it.

I have an XM Rodie that I move from the Venture to the car and van. Love it. Especially since I have now run it through the Aux on the Venture. I am thinking about upgrading to the Pioneer unit that is an MP3 (direct record from XM) and an XM receiver. Also portable like a MP3, but provides live XM, about $250.

Congratulations! You both will enjoy XM. I have a Roady2 that goes from my scoot, company vehicle, house, and others vehicles. My wife has a factory setup in her Accord...we're both addicted....
