Has anyone put risers on their tour deluxe? Mine would be the perfect ride if I could get the handlebars back a few.

Hey Bob

Just scroll a little farther down in this post. You will see several other posts regarding risers on their bikes. I dont know if they talk about your bike but you should get some ideas.

I can't see how you could add risers due the location / mounting arrangement for the speedometer pod. How would you deal with that?

I wonder if the Flanders (G2, I think) bars would fit? Then you'd have the grips closer to you without bothering with the issues caused by risers.

The Flanders Bars fit - I have them on my bike. :080402gudl_prv:

I also put the Flanders on my 05 RSTD trike and they work great.I can set back in the seat now and relax.

Scott,things are going pretty well.I have the trike tore down now trying to get ready for paint before my buddy hits the road.He followes the Gold Wing circuit and does art work on their bikes.I have made a few changes to the body.I will post some pictures when done.Nice hearing from you also,Jerry
