Here are a couple of pictures to hold me over until she
is delivered to my garage tomorrow. the seat is not
on and the lighting does not do the paint any justice
(lighting) but I assure you that the paint match is
dead nuts! These should hold me over for another 24 hours :D

Hey George , I understand that the rear middle brake light on the body
flashes 3 times then goes on steady! :happy65: I also had them color match the
trunk brake light spoiler as well and had it installed.

I must say, that really looks nice! And the paint does look like a great match, even in that lighting... :thumbsup2:
I have a question for ya... what are you gonna do with the mounting hardware for the factory saddlebags? I am trying to put a set of Venture bags on my Road Star and I am looking around for the top saddlebag mounts for both sides...

My wife has been talking about doing our 07 Venture into a Trike. - Do they have Reverse? I can't imagine that they wouldn't, but thought I should ask anyway.

Thanks for all the kind post gang, man it is like a relief to
have the bike sitting back in my garage. I almost was going
to sleep out there tonight! :D 4.5 months in the making.
But only 3 months from the OK start to the finish.

What do you think about the effort it takes to roll it backwards?

Cougar
04-02-2009, 04:41 PM
Oh Man---- Butch.. Like a dream , I could not believe how easy it is
to push around even on the gravel./ I even have a new invention
in my garage already ( a winch) low down.. with a trailer coupler
on the end of the cable. with remote on.. and it pulls the bike in the
garage as well with easy. but I think I will not be needing that.

My 05 RSV with Hannigan kit is easy to push around. The skill is in parking where you dont have to back up. I back it with the trailer attached into the down hill spaces and then just pull out if I cant pull through one. In florida every paking lot has a up or down slope for the water runoff to the skitter ponds. Watched a two wheeler the other day that had parked nose in on an extreme grade. It took four men to drag it back out to get it turned around.
