It used to be that when I clicked on it, it popped up a new, appropriately sized window.

Now it opens in another tab, and is not appropriately sized.

I haven't changed any settings that I know of.

Can it be restored?

If I click on it from the home page, I get a new tab.

If I click on it from the "forums" page, I get the pop-up.
