Based on the recommendation of so many on this site, I bought a backrest for my scoot.

I received it within days and installation was a snap. I have two left hands and no opposable thumbs so this was important.
:rotf:
What really sold me on their service, however, was how they took care of me after the sale. The pouch that mounts on the rear of the backrest must not have been attached properly and flew off the other day. I shot Allen an email and his immediate response was to send another pouch - no questions asked (he did ask that I make sure it is attached correctly).

For any of you that are considering buying accessories online (or otherwise), I cannot recommend Diamond R enough. They are truly world class!

:thumbsup::wow:

I too will agree that Diamond R is a throw back to companies and people who care about their customers. I have purchased a couple of things from Alan this year - and each time was extremely happy with the service - and the quality of the products.

I have to put in my 2 cents. I bought the leveling links from them. When they arrived, the links were missing but the bolts were in the box. One call to Alan and he shipped the links, no questions asked. You just can't find service like this anymore. When I am ready for a backrest, there is only one vendor I'm going to call. BTW, the links definetly improved the slow speed handling. Thanks to all of you here who suggested getting them.

My wife bought me the light bar for under the trunk for our anniversary..

It was here fast and easy to install.

Diamond R is a good company. Fast, reliable and great products.:)

Today, diamondraccessories.com is failing to lookup. if anybody knows their phone number, you may wanna give em a call and let them know they have a DNS issue or something. I'd be glad to help em troubleshoot, I do internet for a living.
