The Banana Desert is awesome!

Earlier in another post I said i was gonna make Dale some Banana desert today......well dont tell I snuck a corner out of it...just to make sure it was edible:whistling:

Maybe I will tell him it didnt turn out good.......:innocent:

anyways i call it "Banana Lush".......
I used my chocolate Lush recipe and tranformed it into "banana"


Graham Cracker Crust
1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted margarine

press in 13 x 9 pan and cool in fridge

Cream Cheese layer
2 pks softened cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. cool whip

mix all together with mixer and spread over crust
chill while mixing next layer

Banana Layer

I covered the cream cheese layer with a thick layer of sliced bananas - i used about 3 small bananas.

3 c. milk
2 pkg instant banana pudding

mix well and pour over sliced bananas


top the entire desert with cool whip ( better get a large container of cool whip to have enough) sprinkle a few graham cracker crumbs on top to dress it up !


I do believe he is gonna love it........

Sounds good Cindy. You know what else would be good on that some shaved chocolate along with the graham cracker sprinkled on it.
I'm gonna save that recipe.

Yep...he loved it !!


Its actually better than any banana cream pie I have ever had !

Better hurry Dan at the rate he is eating it, it will be gone by tomorrow ....:D
