Maximum Posts Shown Per Page

In the CP, there is an option to show how many posts to show per thread. Currently, the Maximum shows to be 40. Can this be increased?

I have mine set to 40 but would not mind 50 or 100 as an option.

I just changed it to give you those options. It MAY affect the server to the point that I have to undo the change but we'll give it a try. The possibility is that if too many people use the higher numbers, it could increase page load times and therefore the load on the server.
