Inserting a Video..how?

how does one insert an mpg video into a post so that it can be played...?

i think you need to do it one of two ways and that is if its small enough you can upload it to your computer and put it in as an attchment
or you need to up load it to a host such as u-tube then clip and past a link to it

I think you use this icon. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/images/editor/insertimage.gif But I maybe wrong. won't hurt to try it

If it is something like a YouTube video, do not use the embed option that is provided. Use the other one that looks just like a link. That is how I have been able to get them to post.
