It is with Deep Sorrow that I annouce The Passing of Tom Parr,Yamaha Senior Northeastern Regional Service Rep.I met Tom at Americade in 1989,He has been a good friend of mine ever since.He would try to keep a yamaha customer satisfied no matter what the problem was!!(even after your bikes warranty had long expired)I will trully miss him.The Best there was and ever will be.Flowers and Condolenses can be sent to:

I met Tom about 6 years ago and found him to be someone who was always willing to listen to what we had to say. Whether it was a complaint about a product, questions on how to fix something or ideas that we had he was always willing to listen.

He will be greatly missed by all.........
