I have just got to praise Allen and Patti for the way they run this company. Their integrity and customer service is beyond any I have had with any other company.
I ordered a backrest and there were some issues with this order that caused some delay but Allen took responsibility for the errors and satisfied me as a customer without my input. This shows more class than I have ever seen from a company before. :clap2:
My advice to anyone on this site is if you have a choice of a product to buy that Diamond R sells I would recommend that you buy from Allen as the service is second to none and that is hard to find these days.
I now have the passenger foot pegs,the slimline light and the backrest and all are of superior quality and I am 150% satisfied with it all.:banana:
