how to Integrating a Kenwood TK-3130 [Archive]

I have a new Kenwood TK-3130 handheld radio. I just bought it about three months ago for my other system. The problem now is I have this radio but no way to use it on my Venture. Anyone have any ideas on how to integrate this into the Venture system.
I would like to use it because all of our riders have the same. Thanks
