Is it possible to remove and install the rear head of a 1st gen 1200 without removing the engine from the frame?

I believe some have said it was possible but I kinda doubt it. I have had the engine out of my 86 (twice) and I honestly do not believe it can make it, over the studs (see first picture)
The cylinder head nuts are hidden under the Connecting rod caps (below the Cam).

It will not be an easy job to re install the Cam chain tensioner if it is still in the bike. This needs to be removed and then reinstalled after the cams get back in.

If your going that far it is not that bad or much more to remove the engine.
